Yay, Look what came for me! =)

Hi all and happy saturday!! I have had a fun filled saturday morning watching my girls play their tball and softball games =) Then came home relaxed and said oh yeah, I need to do my haul post!! haha so here it is. I decided to order with elf when they had the 10 free essentials with minimum purchase. I decided to do a whole order on stuff I have never tried. I love their prices so you can try stuff and if you don't end up liking then no biggy! I can't wait to try all this stuff out and see if I like it all(I hope) Now onto the pics...

10 Things I have been loving in April

Wow, Can't believe April is about over...We have had such a rainy April I am hoping May is full of sunshine and warm weather!

Well here are 10 thing's I have been loving in April. It's always hard for me to just choose 10 but my goal when I first started this last month was to do 10 or under and I am just gonna stick to that! Hope you all enjoy!

1*I'll start off with recieving my first Birchbox! I loved getting it and look forward to next month's box full of goodies =)

2 & 3* Sinful nail polish colors in Cream Pink which I did a NOTD on wednesday and the other one is Sugar sugar,just such a pretty red color. I will definitly do a NOTD with that one soon.

4* Tarte brush...I LOVE LOVE LOVE this brush! It makes my foundation go on so smoothly and I love how big and soft it is. Definitly don't ever want to be without this brush again.

5*E.L.F blending brush. I use this daily. I love this brush and especially love the price tag!

6* Wet n wild trio in Sweet as candy. The colors are beautiful and it goes on so nice. I love wearing the colors alone or putting them all together.

(This pic is swatched with no primer...I always use a primer and the colors look even more beautiful than this.)

7*Milani Liquif'eye metallic eye liner pencil. Goes on so smoothly and has great color payoff. I definitly need to buy more of them!

8*Wet n Wild Mega last long wear lip color.This color is such a light pretty color. It doesn't say a name just  #361A It doesn't last a super long time but that doesn't bother me because the color is so pretty! I remember buying this on a whim cause it was on sale and I am so glad I did!

9*Tarte lights, camera, lashes mascara...this has definitly grown on me...I didn't know how I would like it in the beginning but I really do like it now. Especially since I layer my mascara's, It goes on so smootly over my other mascara, just makes my lashes look pretty =)

10*Last but certainly not least is Secret Wonderland perfume from Bath & Body Works. A favorite every month since I got it! The first time I smelled this I was with a friend, we both tried it on and she hated it. However, I went to smell it on me and LOVED it. I knew I had to have it so I mentioned this to my hubby that this is the one for my Christmas present(Got this last Christmas) It has been kind of a tradition that he gets me a bottle of perfume every Christmas because he knows how much I love my perfume. So he got this and the lotion(which smells just as delish!) I was so happy when I opened it even though I already knew what it was! haha

NOTD

Hey all! so just wanted to do a  NOTD. I love seeing all of yours so thought I would share =)

This is one of my absolute favorite colors. I swear whenever I go to my nail polish drawer I always go to this color. I thing bright pinks and reds are my fav choices. I am now trying to venture away from those and try more to see what I like.

This as you can see is Sinful Colors and it is the shade Cream pink. I just love it!! So bright and fun and makes me want summer to hurry up! I live in rainy Washington and although I love it here I am just so dang tired of the rain lately! So I put this on and it cheers me up a bit! =) What colors do you find cheer you up or what are your go to colors? I would love to know, then maybe I will try it out!

Also I would love some feedback...I want to find a good topcoat that also prevents chipping. Having 3 kids and always doing laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning I want to be able to wear my nail polish but to have it last more than 2 days. Happy Easter!

Just wanted to say HAPPY EASTER to you all who celebrate and hope you all have a wonderful day!

I am still anxiously awaiting for my kiddo's to get up! Which I can't believe! It's 8am and they are all still snoozing =) My good little sleepers. haha

My 1st Birchbox!

Hey all! So I am so excited to share this with you....it's my first birchbox ever!! I swear it took FOREVER to get to me (almost 2 weeks) but oh well. I was still super excited to get it.

Perfume on the left, stem cellular repair moisturizer in the middle and Wild rose face lotion on the right

I am not the greatest at explaining perfumes but this one isn't bad. It's not too strong but it's definitly not a fav of mine. I think I will use this but probably just around my house. Im just more into the fruity and vanilla scents and I can definitly smell a more floral smell with this.

I thought this was a great idea, I ended up giving this to my 6 year old daughter because she thought it was the coolest thing! I had to tell her I would get some soil asap because I know she will be bugging to grow her flowers everyday =)

 and last but certainly not least is the zoya nail polish in the shade Jules

this is my first time trying zoya and I am pleased with the shade. Probably not I would go straight to and buy but I still like it. I guess that's a good thing about birchbox and not knowing what you get so you can try things out you wouldn't normally get.

and there it is, My very first Birchbox! I have to say I am really pleased with it and excited for the next one! I will definitly keep these posts up every month so please let me know if you enjoy them!

Looky what I finally found!!

Hey all! So I am so excited I finally found the wet n wild trio's I have been looking for forever I swear! I found 2(the top ones) of them at a Winco grocery store which I totally didn't expect, but they had them along with a lot of other wet n wild stuff so I will definitly get some more stuff later from there now that I know its there! The other 2(bottom ones) I found at fred meyer. Which I knew they had them but they were always sold out of the colors I wanted so I guess I got lucky this time! The only thing now is to find the 8 pan palette. I can't find those anywhere which is sad! I really want 2 of them and nowhere around me has them. So hopefully I will get lucky soon and find them somewhere unexpected.

Some colors are very similar but that's totally fine with me, I know I will get good use out of them all! I know most of you have heard and seen these so I won't do swatches but if you do want me to do them let me know and I will get pics up =)

Another thing I found at fred meyer's while I was out and about was the mega lash clinical serum and mascara.

It says in just 4 weeks, longer, thicker, fuller looking lashes so I'm really hoping it works! I am going to do a review on this so expect that in a month with pictures of every week =)

FOTD!

I have to say I am loving doing the FOTD even if it is only my second time doing it. It gives me a reason to play with makeup and show you all what I come up with. I am in no means a professional and am still learning tricks but I do what suits me for the day =) Since today I am staying home with my kiddo's(its spring break) I decided to go very neutral...almost trying to go for the no makeup look in a way but still want it to be noticed if that makes sense! Hope you all enjoy and a thanks to Steph. She let me know in my GIVEAWAY I am doing now that she would like to see more of the FOTD posts =) Go enter if you haven't yet! It's not a huge one but its something! The big one will be coming when I hopefully reach 100 followers! Anyways I will stop ramblin now and put up some pics.

My first Milani Cosmetic's Experience!

Hey all! So a lovely woman named Jenna from Milani cosmetics sent me a little goody bag with different products. I am so excited cause this is my first time trying this brand. I haven't been able to find them in stores around me so I am really excited about this post! First up is just a couple pics of what I got.

I got this metallic baked eyeshadow in color Purrr-fect Purple(604)

Thoughts: I really love this color(probably cause I am a sucker for purples!) but its a little harder to get on and get even. You definitly need a good brush for this and go over the eyelid a few times to get an even coat, but when you do the payoff is soooo pretty! Another thing is you definitly need a good primer. I put it on just to test with no primer and it creased and faded a little to easily. I do have oily eyelids so that doesn't help but wanted to see how it did with no primer.

Thoughts: Oh my word! I love this eyeliner! It goes on so smoothly and has great color payoff. It stays put too! (The swatch on my hand I had to scrub off) I just couldn't believe how easy and effortless it went on. I will definitly get more of these especially a black one. Definitly a top fav in eyeliners for me now.

Baked blush in color Rose D'Oro

Thoughts: Wow, what a great blush. It is such a pretty peachy pink shade that has gold tones baked into it. This will last me awhile because a little definitly goes a long way. Very pretty.

Lip Flash full coverage shimmer gloss pencil in color In a flash(07)                                                          

Thoughts:It is very pretty but honestly I probably      won't wear this hardly at all. Its so shimmery and      bright and I am just so used to light pinks and nude   colors that this is way out of the box for me! Maybe for a fun party night or something but definitly not     for regular use for me.                                             

HD Advanced lip color in Classy nude(102)

It says it is light to medium coverage that hydrates and moisturizes.

Thoughts: I wasn't even aware of this product till now and I love it. It goes on really nice has buildable color and feels great on my lips. It has a nice kinda fruity smell too it and its not sticky at all. I am really pleased with this I think this, the blush and the eyeliner I will keep in stock in my makeup drawer!

Milani Nail Polish in color Purple Gleam

It says one coat glitter

Thoughts: I really like the color(duh, its purple! haha) but as far as the one coat glitter I don't think so. I put 2 coats for the picture because 1 just didn't do it for me its was very thin and spotty. I think it would be pretty on top of a different color polish with some kind of top coat to help the scratchyness of the polish. This just wasn't a favorite of mine, but hey that is ok with me. I love trying different things to find what I like and don't like.

Tarte 8th World Wonder kit

Hey all! So I finally got my Tarte kit and wanted to use it a couple times before I blogged about it just so I could put my 2 cents in too help you out! So before I review it I will put a picture and what comes in this kit.

List of what you get for around $50

*Amazonian clay full coverage balancing foundation with spf 15

*Amazonian clay 12 hour blush in color glisten

*Amazonian clay eyeshadow palette

*Amazonian clay waterproof eyeliner in color golden plum

Ok so here we go first I will start with my favorite and work my way down:

I love this foundation! This I should mention is my first time trying stuff from the tarte line and I am very pleased overall. This foundation goes on so smooth with the brush(love love love that brush!) It gives great coverage and it doesn't feel heavy or cakey on the face at all.

*My 2 fav thing about this set is the brush, it is so soft and fluffy! Makes makeup go on so nicely and it is definitly great quality.

*3rd favorite thing is the blush:

Isn't it just such a pretty color! I think it would go with so many skin tones. It is just gorgeous on, goes on very smooth and easy and does last a long time.

*Ok, onto the 4th:

This eyeshadow palette is very pretty and very neutral. Great for just an on the go everyday look.

the colors are all shimmery so if you don't like shimmer than you probably should skip on this. This plus the blush has shimmer too it and also the lipgloss. Im all for shimmer so I was so happy when I got this!

*Next for my 5th favorite thing in this kit was the bag it came in, It is such a cute makeup bag but I will actually use it for a clutch. Its the perfect size for a night out when all you want to do is carry a wallet, phone, and a couple makeup items. It is a great color too!

*For the 6th it would have to be the mascara, I do really like it but it isn't one of my first choices. I do love that they give you full size products in this kit. It is such a great deal for the price!

*For my 7th and 8th it is lipgloss and eyeliner

I do like them both but I won't use them that much. I think they are both very pretty but the gloss is so shear and glittery, I found that after the gloss wore off the glitter stayed and too me just looked silly. I didn't like how it looked at all so when I wear this I know I will constantly want to touch it up so that doesn't happen. As for the eyeliner, It goes on smooth and pretty but I am just a black eyeliner type of gal. I don't go for color eyeliners that often at all. What can I say, I am just a sucker for black eyeliner =) I might use it here and there for when I am doing nothing for the day or I was thinking of just putting it aside for a giveaway for when I get too 100 followers? Fun Friday Haul

Hey everyone so I had to go to Walmart to get a few things for my house and of course I can NEVER just  stick too my list. One quality my husband wishes I didn't have! haha Here is a pic of What I got:

I have heard really good things about the Not your Mothers line so I got a bunch of it! I'm excited to try them all out and they all smell really good! Another thing I have heard raves about is the Bonnebell Liplites so decided to get 2 of them to try out. I will post swatches below. Also I decided to try Hard Candy skin perfecting primer just to see how it does with my skin. Hopefully it will do great since it's only 8 bucks!! So there it is my Fun Friday Haul!
