My Eye Shadow Collection! Also, an updated Vanity Picture.

Hey beauties!

So awhile back in a comment my blogger friend Taygan http://montsergirl.blogspot.com/ (go check her out!) anyways, she mentioned my eye shadows and that I must have a lot or something along those lines so I let her know I would do a post with them all! I took just one picture of them all and I can't believe how much I have. Waaay more than I thought. I know to some of you this is probably small(I have seen some of your massive collections and maybe drooled a little!) but for me it is more that I ever thought I would have! It has been so fun collecting all these fun palettes and singles and such. And yes, I want more...lets just say...NAKED PALETTE 2! Oh my goodness! I can't wait to get it!

NOTD

Hi beauties!

I cannot get enough of this nail polish. It has curbed my want for china glaze lol for the moment. It is just so pretty and so fun! I know I posted about it in my last nail polish haul but I had to do a NOTD post dedicated to it.

My Weekend

Hey beauties! I didn't get a chance to get on and post about my weekend so doing it now!

It wasn't too busy of a weekend but it was fun. We got our house all decorated with Christmas lights and decor. Then the next day went to the tree farm to get our Christmas tree. I think this is the earliest we have decorated for Christmas... I don't know what got into me but just had to. Here is a few pictures to show our trip to find our tree =)

I let my youngest use my camera. Her first shot was of this cute little fat tree she wanted to take home with her.

Our finished tree! I love it and it smells so good! Over the years my kids have made enough ornaments that it is almost full of them. I think that is my favorite part! Now I just need to get some presents under that tree =)

New first time polish...Color Club, China Glaze, & OPI

Hey beauties!

Hope your all having a great weekend. Ill be doing a post about mine so I won't go into detail on this one. So a couple weeks ago I did a post about my weekend with my mani/pedi at the salon using China Glaze LOL...I fell in LOVE with the color but then come to find out it was discontinued...What?!...Why!?! It is an amazing color and now I am on the search for a good dupe. I have never purchased any of these brands and have never tried any of these 3 brands besides my salon trip. So I was also excited to try new brands and add them to my little polish collection! Here is what I chose:

OPI  Teenage Dream, Color Club Love 'em Leave 'em, Fashion Addict, and Wild at Heart, China Glaze Snow globe.

Teenage Dream has been one I wanted to try for awhile and I really love it! I like it alone and I think it will be pretty over the right color. Great choice for my first OPI!

This is Love 'em or Leave 'em(sticker fell off the bottom) and I was pleasantly surprised by this color. I was not to fond but curious about it so I just went ahead and ordered it. I am glad I did! It is so pretty on.

LOVE Fashion addict...It is so pretty on! Probably my favorite from all of these.

 Wild at Heart was my attempt at a dupe for LOL and sadly it isn't... I do like it and how purple it is but it doesn't have the same effect as LOL....Hopefully soon I will find a good dupe or I am gonna break down and have to pay 25 or more for a bottle! ugh! I really don't want to do that...

I like Snow Globe but not alone...I think it will be super pretty layered over another polish.

Overall really happy with my purchases...I bought OPI and Fashion addict on ebay and the rest from head2toebeauty.com...the 3 bottles were only 3 dollars a piece. I want to buy tons more now that I seen this site!

Also, I wanted to show where my nail polish goes. My daughter had this shelf unit in her room for the longest time and wasn't using it. I forgot all about it so when she brought it out I said ooh nail polish shelf! I don't own a ton of nail polish so this is perfect for now. It doesn't fit all my polish but most. So I just put the ones I love the most. I have been buying nail polish a lot more lately so I don't know what I am gonna do when this is full!

FOTD:I love purple!

Hey beauties!

So most of you that read my blog regularly know I love purple...might have a slight obsession with it but it is my birthstone so maybe I am just drawn to it! Anyways, I wanted to do a different eye look that I don't think I have done before...A thick purple liner with a thin black line over it. I actually really like how it turned out!

*I used my warm palette from Coastal scents for a flesh toned color all over eyelids.

*Then a darker brown color just to add a little to my crease area.

*I used my e.l.f  liner brush wet and dipped it into the purple color from Nars Caravaggio.

*With my liner brush again used Wet n Wild creme eyeliner for thin line and water line.

Just a fun and super easy look!

My Weekend

Hey beauties!

Hope you had a good weekend. Mine turned out to be really fun! Saturday, a couple of friends and I went on an all day trip to a mall that I rarely go too. I didn't buy much but just looking at all that I want took all day! I did get a few things for myself but kept my budget low since I really should be buying Christmas presents.

I love bows and found these adorable ones so had to get them!

I am all about scarves when it starts getting chilly out. I found these at wet seal as well. They are so soft!

Then we went and had lunch at the cheesecake factory:

I had the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad and let me tell you it was SO YUMMY! One of the best salads I have ever had!

 Since it was the Cheesecake factory you can't go there and not get dessert so me and my friend split the Red Velvet cheesecake...One word ~ Amazing!

Then after a hard days shopping, and looking, and eating it was Mani/Pedi time. Woo hoo! While choosing my color I spotted LOL from China Glaze and had to do that one. I know it has been discontinued(which sucks) So I wanted to see what it looks like...well let me tell you that was a bad idea for me! I instantly fell in love and wish I could just go out and buy it. I haven't stopped staring at my nails!

If any of you know where I can get a bottle of this beauty PLEASE PLEASE let me know! I would be forever grateful!

It was a semi lazy day...All I did was watch football and then met with the lady I am working with to get more foster kitties =) I am doing a post about that next so stay tuned if you would like to hear about that and see adorable pictures! =)

FOTD: Feelin Kinda Nutty!

Hey beauties =) Hope you all having a great day!

So as I was sitting at my vanity trying to decide on colors to choose. I thought well I should probably give my older colors some love. I have got some fun palettes lately but ignoring some of my older stuff. I chose a few that I have only used a couple of times and I am so happy with how my eyes turned out today. It is a good makeup day for me today =)

*The first color I chose was Wet n Wild Nutty. I didn't care for it when I first got it but then once I used it a couple of times I really like it. I used that as my all over lid color. 

*Then pretty purple(the darkest of the trio) with a maroonish tint to it. It's called Violet Riot trio by mark. I used that in my crease area. I also added a little black in the crease to darken it up. 

*Then used the Wet n Wild creme eyeliner cause I always forget I have that. It is a great creme eyeliner!

*My friend just sent me her Laura Geller blush n brighten in Como from her birchbox because she just wasn't into it so I had to use that and I love it! It is a great highlighter.

I also added some of the purple color under my eyes but it isn't showing as well. I am always hesitant to put color or eyeliner under my eyes...I just don't really care for it on me but Sonja from http://thebeautifullifeofthegirlnextdoor.blogspot.com/ always has amazing looks and always puts the color under her eyes. Now I am no where near as talented as she is with her looks but I always love how the color is under the eyes so I have wanted to try it here and there to see how I like it. I am starting off not as noticeable I guess to get used to it!

I am loving learning from all you bloggers with my eye looks. I have never been so bold with makeup in my life till this blog! Love it!

*Extra*

I took pictures for my FOTD yesterday but never got around to posting it. I probably posted enough yesterday anyways! Thought I would just throw it in this post just cause =)

I was set on using my new Revlon lipstick in Prim-Rose as the main focus. I did use a touch of gloss over it but it is pretty much the same shade as the lipstick. Just a super quick look I did using my metal mania palette before I had to go to my daughters conference.

Last but not least I have to thank my Best friend for all the goodies she just sent me. We unintentionally did a swap type of thing, I had planned on sending her a bunch of makeup I didn't use and she ended up sending me back stuff she didn't use. Also made me some fudge! Ohhhh it is so good its evil! I just want to eat it all at once.

GoGogirlfriend November box

I got my November GoGogirlfriend box today and its ok. I think a couple more boxes will ultimately make me either love it and keep getting them or not so we will see...

Blossoms mineral eye shadow(Enchanted) 

 Its a nice shimmery color but I don't love it. I have others that are similar or I just like better so I don't see myself using this much.

Oluv Fresh Face & Body Scrub

I am all about a good scrub so even with how disgusting this looks I am anxious to try it out!

As far as the other stuff goes. I have the e.l.f brush and its ok. Not a must have in my opinion. I do like the Camille Beckman gift set...this would be great for traveling. It comes with a silky body cream, Bubble bath, hand and shower gel, glycerine hand therapy, and a cream for extra dry skin. All a nice but not strong vanilla fragrance. I don't know about the deodorant towlette yet but curious!
