IsaDora Mineral Makeup Review

Hi Beauties!

IsaDora is a company I have been wanting to try out for awhile. I hope to soon try out their polish. I had the chance to try the mineral makeup line and to be honest I was a bit ummm, not too ecstatic about it I guess. I am not a huge fan using mineral makeup, not because of anything bad to do with it. I just feel when I use it, my face is still "naked". I am such a liquid foundation girl that I steer away from mineral makeup. mainly the foundations. Then being able to have the chance to try, I was like "why not!" See if it works for me this time.

Here is a little info(taken from isadora.com )

All of this sounds wonderful!

The kabuki brush is awesome. Soft and really helps the product to go on as it should. I had no problems with shedding.

The blush brush is also wonderful. No shedding issues and it applies the blush perfectly for me on my cheek area without getting too much in other areas like some bigger blush brushes. If that makes sense. I now use this often for all my blushes. Just love it!

The mineral foundation powder:
Like I said I am not big into mineral foundation powders since they leave my skin with that "naked" feeling after applying them. I still feel that way. I just feel like it doesn't do enough covering for my scarred face. However when I am not going anywhere it is great. It does give me some coverage that keeps me satisfied but I only use it alone at home. If I got out I like it as a liquid foundation setting powder. Its a nice soft silky powder that doesn't feel heavy at all so it is perfect for a setting.

Mineral compact powder:
A great powder for on the go. I apply this mainly to my oily tzone when needed. It doesn't get cakey at all on me. Great to use as a setting powder also. Just a perfect compact powder you can take anywhere!

Mineral blush powder
This was the scariest product for me when I was opening these packages because of the color! I don't go for this type of color at all. I am a pink blush type of girl. Well I am so happy I was able to try this out. I actually love the color when applied. It gives me a nice glow peachy glow. Has become one of my favorite blushes actually! You definitely don't need a lot of product on your blush brush or I am sure you can achieve the color I was a bit scared by. It goes on nicely as well, even and no cakeyness to this powder. I think this is my favorite out of all the products.

This is me on a lazy stay at home and clean day! Perfect day to use these products. As you can see, not the greatest coverage for me but it does help to even out my skintone and hide some of the redness.

Are you a fan of mineral makeup?
